Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Software Design Engineer located in Suzhou.

What a typical day looks like:
• 牵头并协调各BU推动苏州工厂自动化项目的实施，并跟踪项目进度。
• 负责非标及标准自动化的软件设计与开发，构建稳定、高效的软件平台解决方案。
• 负责自动化项目全生命周期管理（可行性评估 / 风险评估 / 方案评审 / 技术规范制定 / 设备验收）。
• 与跨职能团队、兄弟工厂生产团队及外部供应商协作，确保系统顺利集成与落地。
• 协同各业务单元开发通用AI检测平台，用于PCBA及整机（Box Build）检测。
• 推动优秀自动化项目在内部复制及在兄弟工厂横向推广（Yokoten）。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
• 软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历，至少5年以上相关工作经验。
• 熟练掌握至少两种编程语言，其中C#为主要语言，LabVIEW为辅助技能。
• 具备机器视觉平台经验，如Cognex VisionPro、In-Sight或Halcon。
• 能够基于TCP/IP、OPC UA、Modbus、EtherNet/IP、MQTT等协议开发通信接口。
• 具备ABB、FANUC、UR或JAKA等工业机器人集成经验。
• 具备AI、OCR、机器学习或智能检测相关应用经验。
• 熟悉常见电源元器件、微控制器（MCU）、伺服电机、I/O接口及驱动等，并理解高可靠性系统要求，具备人机界面（HMI）开发能力。
• 具备丰富的电子制造行业非标自动化经验，如点胶、锁螺丝、贴标、测试、包装、上下料及自动化产线集成等。
