💼 Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair of production automation machines
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime
• Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) as scheduled
• Record faults, repairs, and actions taken for shift handover
• Support machine vision systems during production operations
• Respond to machine breakdowns and ensure timely recovery
• Support automation integration and system improvements
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve productivity and equipment performance

🎓 Job Requirements

• NTC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics or related fields)
• Candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing or automation environment preferred
• Knowledge of PLC or automation systems is an advantage
• Exposure to machine vision systems is an advantage
• Able to understand and communicate basic English to follow work instructions and ensure workplace safety
• Able to perform hands-on technical work in a manufacturing environment
• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts

⏰ Working Hours

• 12-hour rotating shift
• Shift Pattern: 3–4–4–3

Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Rest Day: Saturday/Sunday (depending on schedule)

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: $1,800 – $2,600 per month
• Shift Allowance:Morning: $15/dayNight: $20/day
• Attendance Allowance: $100/month
• Overtime payable in accordance with MOM regulations (up to 72 hours/month)
• AWS (13th Month Bonus)

🚍 Additional Information

• Company transport provided based on operational routes and shift schedules
• Cleanroom working environment (PPE required such as gown, mask, hairnet)
