Automation Test Engineer

You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for payments, fintech, and loyalty products. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and operations to understand requirements, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, increase test coverage, analyze and reproduce defects, and optimize the automation framework to prevent issues and ensure stable releases.

Responsibilities

• Design automated test cases and strategies
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium and Appium
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins)
• Collaborate with engineering product and operations teams to understand requirements
• Analyze reproduce and report defects and verify fixes
• Optimize and maintain the automation framework to improve coverage and efficiency
• Test payments financial and loyalty systems to ensure stability

Requirements

• Solid foundation in software testing and familiarity with automation testing processes and methods
• Proficient in at least one automation tool or framework such as Selenium Appium or Jenkins
• Programming skills in Python Java or JavaScript to write high quality automated test scripts
• Strong problem analysis and debugging skills to quickly locate and report defects
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes preferred
• Teamwork communication and learning ability
• Experience in fintech or payments industry preferred
