Village Motors Colorado is looking for an Automotive Detailer to join their award-winning team.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $18-22/hr

Responsibilities

  • Exterior Car Care: Washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing vehicles to remove dirt, scratches, and imperfections.

  • Interior Deep Cleaning: Vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, and meticulously wiping down dashboards, windows, and consoles.

  • Inventory Prep: Preparing newly arrived new/used inventory for the lot and thoroughly detailing vehicles sold to customers for their final delivery.

  • Quality Inspection: Examining vehicles closely after cleaning to ensure they meet strict dealership cosmetic standards.

  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the sales and service departments to prioritize vehicle turnarounds efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record

  • 21+ years old

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and people skills

  • Punctual and reliable

  • Positive attitude & team player

  • Professional demeanor and work ethic

  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods in various weather conditions

  • Previous detailing or car wash experience is a plus
