This opportunity is with a well\-established\ndealership group in the greater Omaha market. <\/p>
What\nYou'll Do<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>- Lead\nand develop a high performing F&I department focused on profitability,\ncompliance, and customer satisfaction<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Recruit,\ncoach, mentor, and hold Finance Managers accountable for performance<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Drive\ndepartment productivity while maintaining ethical and compliant business\npractices<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Manage\nall aspects of dealership finance operations including lender approvals,\nfunding, documentation, and product sales<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Build\nand maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and lending\npartners<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Partner\nwith dealership leadership to improve F&I performance and overall\ndealership profitability<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Monitor\nkey performance metrics including PVR, product penetrations, funding, and\nchargebacks<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Ensure\ncompliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Deliver\nan exceptional customer experience through transparent and professional\nprocesses<\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
What\nWe're Looking For<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Three\nor more years of successful automotive F&I experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Previous\nFinance Director or proven leadership experience strongly preferred<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Demonstrated\nsuccess managing and developing teams<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong\nlender relationships and deep knowledge of automotive lending<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Proven\nrecord of maximizing F&I profitability while maintaining compliance<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Strong\nknowledge of menu selling, compliance, and dealership operations<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Experience\nwith dealership technology platforms<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- Outstanding\nleadership, communication, organization, and problem solving skills<\/span><\/span>
