Automotive Parts Counter Sales

Our Auto Value store of Mount Pleasant, MI is currently seeking a person for a Full-Time local Counter Sales position. This is an in-store sales/customer service position with many training opportunities for advancement. Automotive experience is required as well with knowledge of heavy duty truck parts.

Schedule as follows: 730am-6pm. M-F and weekends.

Job Description:

A Counter Sales position is the front line sales positions for all of our Auto-Wares Company Stores. We are looking for energized personalities with outstanding communication skills. Planning for your success, Auto Wares arms all Counter persons with multiple training opportunities and other tools to ensure that they are providing the best service to our customers.

Responsible for store customer service through:

• Customer Satisfaction: Attitude and Focus

• Work with Delivery System for Top Notch Service.
• Notify Manager of any Problems with Customers

• Help Train Less Experienced Team Members.
• Keep Management Informed of Competition
