About the role

As part of our service team, you’ll take ownership of preparing and painting machines and attachments (new builds and warranty work) to a high standard.

Your day-to-day will include:

Surface prep and painting across a range of equipment
Machine detailing and finishing (grooming)
Managing the paint booth and prep areas
Ordering paints, materials and consumables
Completing job paperwork and supporting compliance standards
Collaborating with workshop teams to deliver quality outcomes

What you bring

5 years experience as an automotive refinisher (qualification preferred)
High attention to detail and pride in your work
Ability to self-manage and stay organised
A positive attitude and strong communication skills
Physically fit and ready to work in a hands-on environment
