Pfaff BMW Mississauga is seeking a motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales & Finance Consultant to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role combines the excitement of a Sales Representative position with the earning potential and financial expertise of an F&I Manager, allowing you to enjoy the benefits of both career paths while maximizing your income and professional growth.

In partnership with one of North America’s largest automotive retailers, you’ll have the opportunity to guide customers through their entire vehicle purchasing journey. From selecting the perfect vehicle to securing financing and protection products that meet their needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver an exceptional vehicle-buying experience.

  • Guide customers through vehicle selection, product demonstrations, and test drives.

  • Achieve and exceed vehicle sales goals through proactive prospecting and follow-up.

  • Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach throughout the sales process.

  • Stay current on vehicle features, technology, and competitive market trends.

  • Present financing, leasing, warranty, and protection product options to customers.

  • Assist customers in securing financing solutions that fit their needs and budgets.

  • Ensure all finance documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership and lender requirements.

  • Maximize finance product penetration while maintaining a customer-first approach.

  • Collaborate with lenders and internal teams to deliver a seamless transaction experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Automotive luxury vehicle sales experience preferred

  • Finance and insurance experience is an asset

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals and delivering exceptional customer service

  • Valid OMVIC license

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $100,000 - $150,000 based on ability to sell effectively
