<\/div>- Attitude is\n everything\u2014greet service department customers promptly and\n courteously<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Listen to each\n customer and clearly articulate repair needs to\n techs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Upsell\n recommended/additional services using low\-pressure,\n high\-integrity methods<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide\n accurate estimates of repair/maintenance\n costs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Adherence to\n dealership policy on customer vehicle care and\n operation<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Follow up on\n each repair and keep customers informed of\n progress<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Sell and\n manage extended warranties<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Inspect repair\n quality and ensure that all work is complete<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Notify\n customers when vehicles are ready for pick\n up<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Review and\n explain repairs and associated costs with\n customers<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Handle minor\n customer concerns and complaints<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span>Keep Service\n Manager informed of all problems and potential\n problems<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span>Maintain\n Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores in accordance\n with dealership standards<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
