What You'll Do

  • Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience from arrival to vehicle pickup.
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair and maintenance needs.
  • Prepare repair orders and communicate effectively with technicians.
  • Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
  • Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle inspections.
  • Build trust and long-term customer relationships through honest communication and outstanding service.
  • Coordinate with the service team to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
  • Help maintain a positive, organized, and professional service drive.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a team-first mentality.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and dealership software.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
