AV Designer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AV Designer based in India.
This role is a creative, multidisciplinary position at the intersection of visual design, UI/UX, and audio-visual production. You will be responsible for shaping the complete visual and sonic identity across digital, print, and video touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand experience. From designing graphics and UI assets to producing high-quality video and motion content, you will own the end-to-end creative process. The role involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and development teams to translate ideas into impactful visual storytelling. You will work on campaigns, product demos, social media content, and internal communications that directly influence brand perception. It is an environment that blends creativity with structure, where storytelling, design precision, and technical execution all matter equally.
Accountabilities:
- Own the end-to-end creation of visual and audio-visual content, including graphics, UI assets, motion design, and video production for marketing, product, and internal communications.
- Plan, script, shoot/screen-capture, edit, and deliver high-quality videos, including motion graphics, animations, and branded templates aligned with brand guidelines.
- Produce and manage audio elements such as voiceovers, sound design, recording, mixing, and editing to ensure professional-grade output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into compelling design solutions across web, print, and digital platforms.
- Maintain and evolve a reusable library of design and video assets to support scalability and consistency across campaigns.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects in Agile workflows, ensuring timely delivery within scope, quality standards, and brand requirements.
- Stay updated with design trends, AV production techniques, and emerging tools to continuously improve creative output.
- Strong portfolio across graphic design, UI/UX, motion design, and video production
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AV production tools
- Experience in end-to-end video creation including editing, animation, and audio production
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and design systems
- Ability to manage multiple projects using Agile workflows and tools like Jira
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Requirements:
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film/Media Production, or a related field, along with 3–7 years of experience across visual design, UI/UX, and audio-visual production. You should bring a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, UI design, motion graphics, and video editing. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and audio editing software is essential. Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve, Jira, and basic HTML/CSS is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of design fundamentals, typography, layout systems, and video production principles (formats, codecs, frame rates) is expected. Beyond technical skills, you should be highly detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills are essential, along with the ability to balance creative freedom with strict brand guidelines.
