AV Team Coordinator (1-Year Contract)
Role Overview
The Team Coordinator supports daily planning and executionof AV ride operations. The role focuses on scheduling, coordination withexternal groups, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily ride session schedules, including group bookings and time slots
- Liaise with external organisations on bookings, session arrangements, and pre-visit coordination
- Track bookings, attendance, and basic operational data
- Coordinate with technical and operational teams to confirm daily vehicle tasks, deployment plans, and readiness
- Support preparation of vehicle runs, including vehicle allocation and preparation of data disks
- Support on-site coordination of ride sessions when required
Work Arrangement
- Primarily planning and coordination role; on-site presence required when needed (Punggol)
- May require weekend support depending on schedule
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in desktop applications (e.g. Excel, booking tools)
- Organisational and communication skills, comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Prior experience in operations coordination, scheduling, or event support preferred
- Experience liaising with external stakeholders is an advantage
