We are seeking a highly skilled Avature SME to support the build, <\/span><\/span>optimize<\/span> <\/span>and uplift of Avature Recruitment module and help build Offer Management, Onboarding, and Candidate Portal capabilities as part of a large\-scale Offer to Day 1 transformation <\/span><\/span>programme<\/span>. This role is deeply hands\-on and focused on configuration, workflow automation, Junction Integration builder and Portal Builder Apps delivery within Avature.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Configure and enhance Offer Management workflows including approvals and contract generation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

    • Build onboarding and pre\-boarding workflows aligned to end\-to\-end business processes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

      • Develop candidate and hiring manager portals using Portal Builder Apps.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

        • Automate workflows and build Avature Agentic AI functionalities within <\/span><\/span>the workflow<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

          • Support integrations with HRIS, workflow tools, and screening platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

            • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to translate requirements into system configurations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
              <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

              • Support testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

                • 5\u20138+ years of experience in Avature or ATS platforms.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>

                  • Proven hands\-on configuration experience in Avature.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                    • Strong working experience in Avature\u2019s Recruitment module.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
                      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                      • Experience with onboarding, offer management workflows.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>
