As a AVIATION RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (GS-0301-09) you will plan, analyze, manage and control all operational & administrative aspects of aviation resources, safety, training, and flight hours by utilizing the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS).
