Job\nDescription<\/span><\/b> Responsibilities:<\/span> · Working along with\nEnterprise Sales Team to identify Sales/Service Opportunities and create Cloud\nSolutions for Custom/ Enterprise applications.<\/span> · Work with customers\nhaving solutions comprises of different application architectures including\ncustom, OEM & COTS.<\/span> · Working along with Sales\nTeam to help them with technical solutions for the customers.<\/span> · Help potential customers\nembrace latest Cloud Solution.<\/span> · Work on Migration\nassessment and Migration Strategy for Cloud Migration Opportunities.<\/span> · Initiate and design\nvisually engaging and creative PPTs elaborating Cloud product to showcase to\nprospective partners, clients, and end customers.<\/span> · Presenting sales &\ntechnical pitches for Rapyder\u2019s offerings to the CIOs/CXOs of prospective\nclients.<\/span> · Handling all Pre\-Sales\nand Post\-Sales activities.<\/span> · Understanding client's\nrequirements and preparing RFI, RFP, RFQ Responses for Cloud based projects.<\/span> · Research on customers\n(company overview, market share, key contacts, incumbents etc.)<\/span> · Competition Intelligence\n/ Analysis (Key Initiatives, market presence, strategy, SWOT analysis)<\/span> · Research on industry\ntrends and help in tailoring Rapyder's Offerings & value propositions.<\/span> · Support internal process\nimprovement activities for Proposal response.<\/span> · Understand Internal\ncustomers and cater to end customer needs based on Rapyder's capabilities.<\/span> · Identification of new\nopportunities and business plans for practice strategy.<\/span> · Working along with other\nPre\-Sales team members to work towards achieving various Competencies for the\ncompany.<\/span> · Work towards publishing\nBlogs & Articles as well as work on POC\u2019s per the new initiatives.<\/span> · Work with delivery team\nto ensure the projects are delivered to customer where solution is provided.<\/span> <\/span> Technical Skills:<\/span> · Knowledge of Cloud and\nvirtualized environments.<\/span> · Strong Technical\nknowledge on Cloud Technologies to Architect, Planning, Implementing, and\nSupport.<\/span> · Excellent exposure Cloud\nTechnologies (Amazon Web Services).<\/span> · Strong understanding\nabout all available AWS cloud services in IaaS & PaaS offerings.<\/span> · Understanding Customers\nrequirements with respect to both Infra & Application working / flow /\ndeployment.<\/span> · Designing a solution with\navailable cloud services.<\/span> · Good understanding about\nthe commercial of cloud services.<\/span> · Preparation Proposal with\nthe solution designed and commercials.<\/span> · Excellent Techno\nCommercial proposal writing skills.<\/span> · Experience conducting\nproof\-of\-concept, developing prototype and reference models.<\/span> · Familiarity with\ndatacenter concepts and best practices, high\-availability systems, capacity\nplanning, system performance evaluation, and diagnostic techniques and\nmethodologies.<\/span> · Knowledge about RESTful\nAPIs and to architect cloud ready applications.<\/span> · Good understanding of\nDevOps technologies such as CI/CD, Containers etc.<\/span> · Would be an added advance\nif have capability to develop automation scripts (using Python / Jython / Shell\n/ Power shell/ VB scripts) and batch files for automation of system and\napplication administration on cloud.<\/span> Requirements<\/span> · 10+ Yrs of overall\nexperience with 8+ years of hand\-on experience on Cloud Services/Platforms\nin AWS.<\/span> · Working experience Hybrid\ninfra along with exposure to Application stack deployment understanding.<\/span> · Good to have service\ndelivery exposure.<\/span> · Excellent presentation,\noral communication skills and negotiation skills.<\/span> · Experience in large\nproject assessment / migration / implementation using IaaS and PaaS provided by\nCloud Providers.<\/span> · Good to have Data center\nor application transformation exposure.<\/span> · Exposure to assessment\ntools like Cloudamize, Risk etc.<\/span> · Strong communication\nskills to effectively communicate, make strategic recommendations to Sr. Mgmt\nas well as all levels of internal/external service partners.<\/span> · Create good presentations\nwith all relevant information geared to win deals and make the internal\ncustomers see value of the Rapyder.<\/span> · Closed at least 4\-5 Big\nDeals on Cloud Migration/ Workload Hosting/Application Development/SAAS\nOffering.<\/span> · Any Cloud Certifications\nat professional level is must.<\/span> Thank you again for\nconsidering us, and we look forward to potentially having you as part of our\nteam.<\/span>
