Azure DevOps Engineer

This is a remote position.

We are looking for an experiencedAzure DevOps Engineerto support high-performance infrastructure for GenAI applications. The role focuses on cloud automation, CI/CD ownership, container orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code to enable scalable, secure AI-driven solutions in modern Azure environments. This is a fully remote role with cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure for genai applications
  • Develop and manage ci/cd pipelines for infrastructure and business code deployments
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments using terraform and ansible
  • Monitor and enhance system performance, scalability, and security
  • Enforce compliance with it security policies and cloud governance frameworks
  • Integrate with various cloud services such as databricks, azure cognitive services, and sql server
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and development teams to streamline model deployment
  • Implement disaster recovery strategies, backup solutions, and high-availability architectures
  • Manage containerized applications with docker and kubernetes (aks, eks, gke, ecs)
  • Configure monitoring tools such as datadog, azure insights, and elastic stack to track system health

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience with azure (PREFFERED), aws, or gcp cloud platforms
  • Experience with kubernetes, container orchestration, and docker
  • Strong background in infrastructure as code (terraform, cloudformation, ansible, chef, puppet)
  • Hands-on expertise in ci/cd automation using azure devops, github actions, or jenkins
  • Familiarity with git-based repositories such as azure repos, bitbucket, and github
  • Experience with scripting languages such as python, bash, or powershell
  • Strong debugging skills using log management and monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of security frameworks such as sox, soc2, and cloud compliance best practices
Nice to have
  • Experience working in high-availability architectures using blue-green, canary, and rolling deployments
  • Familiarity with server virtualization, networking, and cloud-native storage solutions
  • Background as a developer or software engineer
  • Experience with regulatory frameworks and enterprise security standards
