- Own the business end to end: strategy, product direction, go-to-market, team, and results
- Turn existing traction into repeatable, scalable growth on new markets & clients
- Build and lead a strong team with clear ownership and decision-making
- Leverage Sigma Software Group’s ecosystem to the fullest – technical teams, product/design, security/DevOps, legal, finance, partners, and client network
- Be accountable for key business outcomes and performance
- Represent the company with credible storytelling, strong PR presence, and relationship-building with customers, partners, and investors
