This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Regional Accounts - Executivo Top Clients based in Brazil.

This role is focused on managing and expanding a portfolio of high-value corporate and government clients, acting as a strategic partner to drive long-term revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with key decision-makers, and developing tailored commercial strategies for large accounts.
The position requires a consultative sales approach, combining strong negotiation skills with deep understanding of complex B2B solutions in telecom and technology environments.
You will operate in a highly dynamic setting, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery across the entire customer journey.
The role has direct impact on revenue expansion, customer retention, and strategic account development.
You will also play a key role in positioning advanced solutions such as connectivity, cloud, IoT, and digital services.
This is a high-responsibility role focused on long-term client value creation and business growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value corporate and government accounts, ensuring long-term relationship development and revenue growth.
  • Prospect new strategic clients from pre-qualified leads and develop tailored commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Define and execute commercial strategies for both existing clients and new prospects to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across telecom, connectivity, cloud, IoT, security, and digital solutions.
  • Monitor client portfolio performance, including revenue, churn, and service quality indicators, ensuring proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales, marketing, and post-sales to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information on CRM systems to support forecasting and commercial planning.
  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields, with postgraduate studies preferred.
    • Strong experience in B2B sales or commercial account management roles.
    • Proven experience in negotiating complex solutions in telecom, IT services, or digital technology environments.
    • Knowledge of solutions such as connectivity, fixed/mobile services, cloud, IoT, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
    • Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand client needs and develop value-based proposals.
    • Experience managing large corporate or government accounts is highly desirable.
    • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong organizational and analytical skills.
    • Results-driven mindset with focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
