      About the Role<\/span>
      <\/p>

      We're looking for a persistent, high\-energy B2B Sales & Cold Outreach Specialist who thrives on outbound prospecting and isn't afraid to pick up the phone. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying decision\-makers, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our senior sales team. Depending on the campaign, you'll be promoting remote staffing solutions, cybersecurity services, or other B2B offerings to U.S.\-based businesses.<\/span>

      Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling<\/span>

      • Conduct high\-volume cold calls to U.S.\-based businesses to introduce services and generate interest<\/span>

      • Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Identify and reach decision\-makers, owners, executives, and department heads<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives<\/span>

        Pipeline Management & Reporting<\/span>

        • Track all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and follow\-ups in the CRM<\/span>

            Candidate Qualifications<\/span>

            • Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written<\/span>

            • 2+ years of experience using CRM systems and sales tools<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>\n
