You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, identifying decision\-makers, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings for our senior sales team. Depending on the campaign, you'll be promoting remote staffing solutions, cybersecurity services, or other B2B offerings to U.S.\-based businesses.<\/span> Core Responsibilities<\/span> Outbound Prospecting & Cold Calling<\/span> Conduct high\-volume cold calls to U.S.\-based businesses to introduce services and generate interest<\/span> Execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage potential clients<\/span> Identify and reach decision\-makers, owners, executives, and department heads<\/span> Qualify leads and schedule meetings for senior sales representatives<\/span> Pipeline Management & Reporting<\/span> Track all outreach activities, prospect interactions, and follow\-ups in the CRM<\/span> Apply feedback and data insights to continuously improve outreach messaging and conversion rates<\/span> Sales Team Coordination<\/span> Communicate prospect feedback and market insights to the team<\/span> Support basic client onboarding steps when necessary<\/span> Candidate Qualifications<\/span> Must\-Haves<\/span> 3+ years of B2B sales or outbound prospecting experience, including high\-volume cold calling<\/span> Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written<\/span> 2+ years of experience using CRM systems and sales tools<\/span> Strong persistence, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally<\/span> Good to Haves<\/span> Background in staffing, technology, or cybersecurity industries<\/span> Previous experience working in a remote or international team environment<\/span>
