Key Responsibilities

  • Identify client needs and propose customised corporate gifting solutions aligned with their branding and marketing goals

  • Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with both existing and new corporate clients

  • Proactively expand your sales pipeline through cold outreach and prospecting

  • Engage clients through calls, virtual meetings (Zoom), and in-person discussions, including site visits when required

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and ensure smooth coordination of sales orders

  • Deliver excellent client experience through timely updates, responsiveness, and effective issue resolution

  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to increase conversion rates and foster long-term partnerships

  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets/KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or account management (B2B experience is an advantage)

  • Background in corporate gifting, wholesale, events, or related industries is a plus

  • Proven ability to close deals and sustain long-term client relationships

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

  • Familiar with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and basic sales reporting
