B2B Sales Manager (Industrial Solutions)
Job Details:
Salary Range: $6,000 - $8,000
Contract to Perm
Location: West
Working hours can be from 8am to 5.30pm; or from 8.30am to 6.00pm
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and grow new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions, and negotiate commercial terms to secure business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and key stakeholders to drive long-term business growth.
• Coordinate with internal and regional teams to ensure smooth project execution, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, and support collection activities when required.
Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of B2B sales or business development experience in industrial, technical, engineering, or project-based solutions.
• Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, tenders, and managing customer accounts.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and willing to travel within Singapore and the Southeast Asia region when required.
