      About the Role<\/span>
      <\/p>

      We're looking for a driven, people\-forward B2B Sales Specialist to generate and grow business opportunities for U.S.\-based clients. You'll work warm leads, represent our brand at events and expos, engage with local business communities, and build relationships that convert. This is a boots\-on\-the\-ground sales role; you'll be out in the field, in the room, and at the table making things happen.<\/span>

      Core Responsibilities<\/span>

      Outbound Sales & Lead Management<\/span>
      <\/p>

      • Work warm leads and follow up with prospects through email, LinkedIn, and in\-person visits<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Identify and engage decision\-makers, business owners, executives, and department heads<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Qualify leads and schedule meetings or consultations for the senior sales team<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Field Sales & Event Representation<\/span>
        <\/p>

        • Attend expos, trade shows, and community events, assist with booth setup, engage attendees, and distribute marketing materials, including flyers and brochures<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Conduct on\-site visits and in\-person follow\-ups with potential clients<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Travel locally and regionally to represent the company at various events and business engagements<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          Community & Partnership Engagement<\/span>
          <\/p>

          • Build relationships with local chambers of commerce and business organizations<\/span>

          • Conduct and participate in webinars to promote services and generate interest<\/span>

            Pipeline & Sales Team Coordination<\/span>
            <\/p>

            • Track all prospect interactions, follow\-ups, and lead status in the CRM<\/span>

            • Share prospect feedback and data insights with the team to improve outreach and conversion rates<\/span>
              <\/p><\/li>

            • Support basic client onboarding steps when necessary<\/span>

              Candidate Qualifications<\/span>

              Must\-Haves<\/span>

              • 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on warm leads and relationship\-based selling<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>

              • 2+ years of experience using CRM systems and sales tools<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Willingness and ability to travel locally and regionally for events and client visits<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Strong persistence, resilience, and professional presence in the field<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li>

              • Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written<\/span>
                <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

                • 2+ years of experience in staffing, technology, cybersecurity, or related B2B services<\/span>
