A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled <\/span><\/span>MuleSoft Back\-End Developer<\/span><\/span><\/b> to join our team. <\/span><\/span><\/span>In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to connect Salesforce and other enterprise systems. It will be important to<\/span><\/span><\/span> collaborate with cross\-functional teams to deliver secure, high\-performing APIs and integrations that enable seamless data exchange across CRM, ERP, commerce, marketing, and other business platforms. <\/span><\/span>

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to translate integration requirements into scalable API\-led connectivity solutions. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Design and develop MuleSoft APIs following the API\-led architecture approach, including System APIs, Process APIs, and Experience APIs. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Build and maintain integration flows using Anypoint Studio, implementing data transformations, orchestration logic, and error handling. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Develop reusable integration components and templates to support enterprise\-wide connectivity standards. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Implement integrations between Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud), ERP systems, marketing platforms, payment gateways, data warehouses, and other third\-party applications. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Perform data transformations using DataWeave to map and normalize data across systems.\nImplement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to ensure reliability and fault tolerance. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Secure APIs using OAuth 2.0, JWT, mutual TLS, and other authentication and authorization mechanisms. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage API lifecycle processes including design, versioning, documentation, deployment, and monitoring using Anypoint Platform. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure scalability and reliability. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Monitor production integrations and proactively resolve performance or reliability issues.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Document integration architecture, API specifications, and operational procedures.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    Competencies
    <\/span><\/span><\/h4>
    • Proven experience as a MuleSoft Developer with hands\-on expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP APIs. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Solid experience with DataWeave for complex data transformation and mapping. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience implementing API\-led connectivity patterns (System, Process, Experience layers). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Hands\-on experience integrating Salesforce and other enterprise platforms such as ERP, Commerce, marketing automation, and financial systems. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong understanding of asynchronous processing, event\-driven architecture, and message queuing. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Experience implementing security best practices for APIs and integrations.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Understanding of cloud platforms and hybrid integration environments.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      Skill Set
      <\/span><\/span><\/h4>
      • Proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform components including API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange, and Design Center.\nStrong knowledge of REST, SOAP, RAML, and OpenAPI specifications. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Experience with DataWeave scripting and complex transformation logic. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Familiarity with Salesforce APIs (REST, Bulk, Streaming, Platform Events). <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Experience working with version control systems such as Git. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD \u2013 Level 1/2) are preferred.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
