<\/span><\/div>We are looking for a Back\-End Technical Lead (Loyalty Cloud) to lead and mentor a team of back\-end developers, providing technical guidance and support for Salesforce Core solutions with a focus on Loyalty Cloud. <\/span><\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/div>Key responsibilities include:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/div>- Collaborate with project managers, front\-end developers, and other stakeholders to define and achieve project goals within Salesforce Core and Loyalty Cloud initiatives.\nDesign and implement robust back\-end architectures that support the scalability and performance requirements of applications built on Salesforce Core, including Loyalty Cloud. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Oversee the development of server\-side logic, definition and maintenance of databases, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front\-end in Salesforce Core / Loyalty Cloud solutions. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Ensure code quality, consistency, and maintainability by performing code reviews and promoting best practices within the team. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Troubleshoot and debug applications, optimizing code for performance and scalability. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Keep abreast of emerging back\-end technologies and frameworks, and assess their value for current and future Salesforce Core / Loyalty Cloud projects. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including system architecture and design specifications. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Work closely with DevOps teams to streamline deployment and operation processes. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Act as a technical point of contact for back\-end development issues and queries related to Salesforce Core with a focus on Loyalty Cloud.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>Competencies
<\/span><\/span><\/h4>- Proven experience as a Back\-End Developer with a track record of successful project delivery, particularly on Salesforce Core solutions with a focus on Loyalty Cloud.\nDemonstrated experience in leading and mentoring development teams. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Strong knowledge of back\-end programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, or .NET, applied in Salesforce Core / Loyalty Cloud contexts. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Experience with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL, and web server technologies. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservices architecture, including integrations supporting Salesforce Core and Loyalty Cloud.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li><\/ul>Skill Set
<\/span><\/span><\/h4>- Strong leadership and team management skills. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Excellent problem\-solving and analytical abilities. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/li>- Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git.\nStrong understanding of server\-side logic and scalability issues. <\/span><\/span><\/span>
