Back Office Specialist - Representative Test1
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Back Office Specialist โ Representative to support our car loan application process. In this role, you will manage email communications and PQRs (Petitions, Complaints, and Requests), ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely support throughout their application journey. You will play a key role in reviewing documentation, guiding customers, and following up to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Key Responsibilities:
- ๐ Review and validate documentation required for car loan applications
- ๐ง Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and PQR channels in a timely and professional manner
- ๐๏ธ Provide clear and accurate information about the loan application process
- ๐ค Support and guide customers through requirements and next steps
- ๐ Conduct follow-ups to ensure application completion and request resolution
