Backend Architect (Data/AI Platform)
- Own end-to-end delivery of product features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, ensuring quality and consistency across the full stack.
- Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, deployment infrastructure, and developer tooling that enable the team to ship reliably and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the System Architect and CTO to translate architectural decisions into well-implemented, production-grade systems.
- Establish and uphold engineering standards for full stack development, code quality, testing, and operational readiness.
- Identify and resolve infrastructure and platform risks before they become production incidents.
- Drive DevOps practices across the team — monitoring, alerting, incident response, and post-mortems.
- Contribute to prioritization of technical debt and platform improvements aligned with product roadmap and business risk.
- Support and mentor engineers across the stack, elevating team capability in both development and DevOps practices.
