\n As a Backend Developer at ZipNom, you\u2019ll be responsible for creating APIs, managing databases, ensuring data security, and collaborating with frontend and DevOps teams to deliver seamless end\-to\-end solutions. You\u2019ll work on projects across industries \u2014 from enterprise\-grade applications to AI\-integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Integrate third\-party APIs, services, and databases
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Implement robust authentication, authorization, and data security
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams for smooth deployment
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Optimize application performance and database queries
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well\-documented code
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Debug, test, and fix issues efficiently
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
    <\/p><\/li>\n

  • Stay updated with the latest backend frameworks and technologies

    Requirements<\/h3>\n
      \n

    • Minimum 2\u20134 years<\/b> of backend development experience
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js<\/b>, or Python (Django / Flask)<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Strong knowledge of databases<\/b> (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis)
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Experience in RESTful API<\/b> and GraphQL<\/b> development
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Familiarity with containerization (Docker)<\/b> and CI/CD pipelines<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Understanding of AWS / GCP / Azure<\/b> backend infrastructure
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and OOP concepts<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Version control experience with Git/GitHub<\/b>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Knowledge of authentication protocols<\/b> (JWT, OAuth2)
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Strong problem\-solving and debugging skills

      Preferred Qualifications<\/b>

      • Experience in microservices architecture<\/b>

      • Familiarity with message queues<\/b> (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

      • Understanding of API performance optimization and caching<\/b>

      • Knowledge of AI/ML model integration<\/b> is a plus
