Backoffice Analyst

You will manage and execute regulatory and compliance processes (Bacenjud, CCS0011, Bacen Correios), conduct KYC and KYB including business and license validation, validate tax identification numbers and perform background checks, investigate and eliminate false positives, implement and improve KYC rules, monitor metrics, and maintain up-to-date customer records.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute regulatory and compliance processes (Bacenjud, CCS0011, Bacen Correios)
• Monitor metrics, review performance, and propose solutions or data providers for KYC and customer data updates
• Conduct KYC and KYB processes including business validation and professional license verification
• Validate tax identification numbers and perform criminal background checks
• Investigate and eliminate false positives in risk and compliance workflows
• Implement and improve KYC rules and processes
• Manage manual review queues and onboarding overflow processes
• Perform rechecks and maintain up-to-date customer records

Requirements

• SQL knowledge
• Experience automating and building using Claude Code, Droid and other LLMs
• Data analysis with dashboards and spreadsheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication
