Baker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Baker with 3–5 years of experience in French artisanal baking to join our team. You will work directly under the Chef/Owner to produce high-quality breads, viennoiserie, and pastries with consistency and care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and bake French breads, pastries, and viennoiserie to bakery standards.

  • Ensure product quality, consistency, and presentation.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Manage ingredient preparation and inventory as needed.

  • Assist in developing seasonal or specialty items.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in French artisanal baking.

  • Strong knowledge of traditional French techniques and recipes.

  • Ability to work full-time, including early mornings.

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

  • Culinary certification or diploma preferred.
