Baker
SUMMARY:
The Baker will perform various tasks to ensure that fresh baked goods are prepared and available for use by various venues at the Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using appropriate techniques, mix, bake, or prepare ingredients to produce baked goods and desert items.
- Check production schedule to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake.
- Organize and rotate stock in pantry.
- Present new menu ideas and suggestions.
- Ensure compliance with all company, county, state, and federal food service laws and requirements.
- Attend all department team meetings, workshops, and training sessions as delegated by supervisor.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
