Job Description & Requirements

Job Scope:

• Able to produce bread/buns on schedule

• Assist in preparations of bread and other items

• Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products

• Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients

• Responsible to maintain the premises of the baking area in a neat and hygienic manner

• Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness

• Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery functions

• Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years and above of bakery work experience

• Physical fit and able to carry heavy stuff

• Ability to read and follow recipes

• Possess baking skills

• Good organizational skills

• Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations

• Ability to meet strict deadlines

Salary is negotiable subject to your work experiences!
