We are inviting motivated individuals at the early stage of their career to join the Personal Wealth Banking division, supporting mass-market and affluent clients with professional financial advisory services.
This role offers a structured training pathway designed to build strong fundamentals in banking, advisory, and client relationship management—making it suitable for candidates looking to develop a long-term career in wealth banking.
Available Role Tracks
Personal Wealth Executive (entry-level, structured training provided)
Personal Wealth Manager (intermediate experience)
Wealth Banking Relationship Manager (experienced advisors)
What You Will Do
Advise clients on savings, investment, insurance, and lending solutions
Build and manage client relationships through ethical, needs-based advisory
Support clients at different life stages with tailored financial solutions
Achieve individual performance targets in line with regulatory standards (e.g. FAA)
Deliver consistent, high-quality client experience through follow-ups and reviews
Structured Training Pathway (Entry-Level Track)
Pre-Onboarding: Support to complete required CMFAS modules
Months 1–2: Classroom training at corporate campus
Months 3–4: Guided on-the-job training at designated branches
Month 5 onward: Full deployment, subject to assessment clearance

Diploma or degree holders from any discipline

Banking or advisory experience is an advantage but not required for entry-level roles
