Banking Specialist
The role of the Banking Specialist is to manage\nIFZA Banking solutions, as well as the account opening process for our clients.\nThe ideal candidate must understand the requirements of banks with regards to\nthe opening of corporate bank accounts for IFZA clients as well as increase the\nknowledge and competence of IFZA in all banking\-related issues.<\/span><\/span>

- Managing\nthe onboarding process for banking products for IFZA clients and employees<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Understanding\nthe different requirements of different banks with regards to opening a\ncorporate bank account for IFZA clients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Providing\nfast and efficient assistance to IFZA clients with bank account opening<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Liaising\nwith the Banking Onboarding Specialist to ensure that IFZA clients\u2019 business\nbanking and insurance needs are catered for<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Creating\nand implementing the appropriate policies and procedures required for opening\nbank accounts and enrollment for insurance<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Ensuring\ncommon and new challenges are addressed, accommodated for, and mitigated in the\nmost efficient manner<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assisting\nthe clients in finding solutions to banking issues<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Maintaining\neffective relationships with existent IFZA banking partners<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Following\nup with the clients and entities in a timely manner and in line with\norganizational standards<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Facilitating\ncommunication between banks and clients, acting as a liaison to arrange\nmeetings, and collaboratively resolving any issues that arise<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Attending\nroutine meetings with the bank to assess offers, gather feedback from both the\nbank and clients<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- \u200b<\/span><\/span>Increasing the\nknowledge and competence of IFZA in all banking related issues<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Performing other job\-related duties as assigned by Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Full English\nproficiency is required<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Additional spoken\nlanguages are a plus<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Intermediate\ncomputer literacy is required e.g., MS Office<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent\ncommunication and interpersonal skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/span><\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience\nworking in a multinational environment<\/span><\/span>

<\/span><\/li>- Knowledge of corporate banking products, bank compliance, AML\nregulations, operational policies, and procedures in the UAE<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Tertiary\neducation in Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or other relevant subjects<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven working experience in Banking\nRelationship Management, ideally with various banks in the UAE<\/span><\/span>
