Your Support System:
You’ll report to our Event Set Up Manager.
You’ll collaborate with leaders and team members across the property, including Sales and Banquets.

How We Work:
Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska – Arbor Day Farm Campus
Schedule: Part-Time; flexible schedule
Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something — it’s worth doing well.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with a team. Be part of creating a fun work environment with teamwork at the forefront of creating amazing guest experiences.
- Explore environments. Creating and setting the stage in multiple venues, both inside and outside, no two days are the same!
- Set up and tear down events. Move quickly to maneuver equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem solve. Work to ensure video and audio equipment is set up and working properly throughout the event, troubleshooting any issues.
