Bao / Dim Sum Production Assistant (Part-Time)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the production and preparation of Dim Sum and Bao.

• Support daily cleaning and maintenance of the production area.

• Preferably with some experience in flour or pastry preparation.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Physical stamina (job requires standing for extended periods).

• Basic hygiene and food safety awareness.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
