Bar Manager

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar. The successful candidate will lead the bar team, maintain high service and beverage standards, manage inventory and costs, and ensure an exceptional guest experience while driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily bar operations and ensure smooth, efficient service
  • Lead, train, supervise, and schedule bartenders and bar staff
  • Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and customer service
  • Manage inventory, stock ordering, cost control, and minimize wastage
  • Monitor sales performance and implement promotions to drive revenue
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, workplace safety, and liquor licensing regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in bar operations, with supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, beverages, inventory management, and cost control
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
