We specialise in precision barbering, traditional hot towel shaves, beard sculpting, and men\u2019s grooming in a classic yet contemporary environment. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Barber to join our team.

About the Role<\/b>

The successful candidate will provide high\-quality barbering services to clients, combining technical expertise with exceptional customer service to maintain our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Discuss hair, beard, and grooming requirements with clients to determine and recommend appropriate styles and treatments
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Cut, trim, and style hair using clippers, scissors, razors, and other barbering tools
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Shave and trim beards and moustaches using traditional techniques, including hot towel treatments and straight\-edge razors
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Clean, style, and maintain beards, moustaches, and hairpieces
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Wash hair and apply treatments such as tonics, conditioners, and grooming products
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation of the work area, tools, and equipment in line with health and safety regulations
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Keep up to date with current men\u2019s grooming trends, tools, and techniques
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Skills<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Advanced cutting techniques including fades, tapering, and scissor\-over\-comb
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Skilled in beard trimming, shaping, and styling
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Proficiency in hot towel shaves and straight razor work
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
      <\/p><\/li>

    • High attention to detail and personal presentation
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Qualifications and Experience<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Certificate III in Hairdressing or Barbering (or equivalent)
        <\/p><\/li>

      • At least one year of full\-time employment at the required skill level as a barber or hairdresser, including men\u2019s grooming services
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Demonstrated expertise in both classic and contemporary men\u2019s styles
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
