Join Our Team

We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join our Starbucks team at the Wind Creek Outlets Food Court. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food items according to company standards.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

  • Accurately operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked café.

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Starbucks operating standards.

  • Work collaboratively with your team to provide fast, friendly, and efficient service.

  • Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning responsibilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous guest service or food service experience is preferred but not required.

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented.

  • Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
