Job Summary

Support daily outlet operations by preparing and serving high-quality beverages, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and delivering excellent customer service in a clean, professional environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain punctuality and professional appearance consistently during shifts
• Assist the Operations Manager and Outlet Supervisor in managing daily outlet activities
• Prepare and serve beverages following established recipes, processes, and presentation standards
• Manage inventory levels and order ingredients promptly to avoid shortages
• Monitor coffee bean freshness and ensure proper calibration of equipment for optimal quality
• Collaborate with team members to create and test innovative seasonal beverage recipes and preparation methods
• Deliver beverages with consistent quality, focusing on taste and presentation details
• Follow all operational workflows and procedures as directed by management
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient outlet operations
• Collect and respond to customer feedback to improve product quality and presentation continuously
• Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of workstations, common areas, and equipment
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in all front-of-house areas
