Barista / Senior Barista

As a member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service to our guests, ensuring a memorable dining or drinking experience. Your role will vary depending on your position, but the core responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, handling drink orders, and contributing to a positive and efficient team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest's dining journey, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.

• Prepare a variety of coffee-based beverages and teas

• Simple service and drink preparation

• Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation

• Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems when managing order

• Address customers' queries on different types of beverages

• Recommend coffee-based beverages and teas to customers

• Build good rapport with customers to improve customers' experience

• Follow customer service standards

• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Coffee Craftsmanship

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages with precision and consistency.

• Educate customers on coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods to enhance their experience.

• Address customers' feedback

Roasting and Cupping

• Conduct roasting sessions to develop and refine coffee beans to desired flavor profiles.

• Perform regular cupping sessions to assess bean quality and ensure consistency.

• Maintain roasting equipment and troubleshoot any technical issues.

Requirements:

• Charismatic individual with service-driven to elevate our guests' dining experiences

• Prior experience in the casual-premium dining sector and with a minimum of 2 years Barista experience

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Keen interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry, electric vehicles will be an added advantaged.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
