Bartender

The Bartender is responsible for creating high-quality beverages and delivering an engaging and welcoming bar experience. This role plays a key part in guest satisfaction by combining product knowledge, creativity, and excellent service while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and brand standards.
• Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive bar experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and stock control of bar supplies.
• Recommend beverages, promote specials, and upsell where appropriate.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately.
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor guest consumption and act responsibly in line with alcohol service policies.
• Support bar setup for events and special functions.

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
