Aethos Mallorca – Our Hotel & Club

Aethos Mallorca is the newest addition to our collection, opening in June 2025 in the coastal town of Paguera, just outside Palma. Overlooking the Mediterranean, our hotel combines laid-back island living with refined design, creating a destination where guests can connect, unwind, and feel at home.

Alongside the hotel, Aethos Club Mallorca brings a vibrant social dimension to the experience—a space where gastronomy, music, wellness, and community come together. Designed as a hub for both guests and locals, the club creates meaningful connections through curated events, unique dining experiences, and unforgettable moments by the sea.

Overview

As part of our bar and club, you will craft exceptional drinks, engage with guests, and help create the vibrant atmosphere that defines Aethos. Your energy, creativity, and dedication to service will turn every moment into an unforgettable experience.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following Aethos standards, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellent presentation.
  • Deliver outstanding service to hotel guests, creating a warm, welcoming, and personalized bar experience.
  • Recommend cocktails, wines, and beverages based on guest preferences and menu knowledge.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in all bar and service areas.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory, and ensure the bar is always well-prepared for service.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including setup, breakdown, and cash handling when required.
  • Collaborate closely with the restaurant and hotel teams to ensure smooth daily operations and seamless guest service.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
  • Support the development of seasonal cocktails and beverage menus aligned with the Aethos concept.

    • Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Bartender in hotels, restaurants, or hospitality venues.
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, and bar service techniques.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish is highly valued. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
