Job Description:

The Bartender in our fine dining restaurant is responsible for mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests and while maintaining the high standard of cleanliness of each bar area according to established policies. They will ensure a positive guest experience and interact and service guests in a cordial and gracious manner.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepares all drinks in accordance with established recipes.
  • Serves guests and servers according to established policy.
  • Responsible for checks issued to him/her and acts as a cashier in front and service bars, except on casino floor.
  • Responsible for the receipt of monies and settlement of guest checks in accordance with all appropriate policies.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
  • Ensure a positive guest experience
  • Interact and service guests in a cordial and gracious manner while being able to present a professional experience
  • Exhibit conduct in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate a commitment to ensuring responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service by discretely notifying appropriate management of concerns and observations.
