• Work with bartender team to ensure smooth operations of the bar.
• Ensure bar operation standards are adhered to.
• Ensure the highest quality of beverages served.
• Recognise the regular guests and highlight to the Restaurant Manager about the particular guest's preferences.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
