We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Bartender with Barista experience to join our hotel lobby bar team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating great coffee by day, well-crafted cocktails by night, and delivering exceptional guest service in a hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, brewed coffee, and specialty beverages

• Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits

• Provide polished, welcoming service to hotel guests and local patrons

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station

• Accurately process orders using the POS system

• Follow all health, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines

• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required

• Barista or espresso machine experience preferred

• Knowledge of classic cocktails drinks

• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
