BARTENDER

Job Summary

We seek an energetic and skilled Bartender passionate about hospitality and mixology to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages consistently with attention to detail
• Greet and engage guests professionally to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Accurately take and process drink orders to ensure efficient service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar tools, glassware, and work surfaces
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs to management promptly
• Follow responsible alcohol service guidelines and company policies strictly
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate POS systems accurately
• Assist with bar setup and closing duties to ensure readiness and cleanliness
• Suggest and upsell cocktails, wines, and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service throughout the venue

Required competencies and certifications

• Must meet legal age requirements for serving alcoholic beverages

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in busy restaurants, bars, or event settings
• Excellent knowledge of drink recipes, cocktail preparation, and beverage presentation
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
