Bartender - Orangery

  • Set up and maintain the bar area according to standards and procedures
  • Provide excellent guest service, including warm greetings, personalised attention, and prompt order-taking
  • Prepare and serve drinks and snacks efficiently, ensuring proper temperature and quality
  • Create new beverages and cocktails, upsell products, and promote food and beverage offers to maximise sales revenue
  • Handle billing accurately and process payments
  • Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
  • Manage stock, including ordering supplies and preparing garnishes
  • Report complaints, incidents, or irregularities to management and actively seek guest feedback
  • Clean and maintain operational equipment and implement cost-control measures

Please note that we believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
