As Bartender, you will deliver exceptional beverage experiences by preparing and serving drinks to the highest standards, ensuring quality, consistency and presentation at all times. You will create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, combining technical expertise with a passion for guest service, while supporting the smooth operation of the bar and contributing to an outstanding and memorable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines and spirits, in line with recipes and brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment and service areas
  • Prepare fresh garnishes and ensure all ingredients meet quality standards
  • Monitor stock levels, replenishing ice, glassware, supplies and beverages as required
  • Transport and organise supplies to ensure readiness for service
  • Process guest payments accurately, handling cash and card transactions
  • Anticipate guest needs, providing attentive and personalised service
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service
  • Follow all health, safety and hygiene standards at all times

We are seeking a confident and service‑driven individual with a passion for hospitality and beverage excellence. You should have:

  • Proven experience in a bar or beverage service role, ideally within a luxury or high‑end environment
  • Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and bar operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and presentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A guest‑focused approach with a passion for delivering memorable experiences
  • Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude
