Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

  • Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
  • Engage with customers, make recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Beverage Preparation & Service

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.
  • Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and portion control.
  • Verify guests' age and comply with all liquor licensing regulations.
  • Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage trends.

Bar Operations

  • Set up and prepare the bar before service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and storage areas.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
  • Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
  • Ensure all glassware, tools, and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.

Cash Handling & POS Operations

  • Process customer orders accurately through the POS system.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and bill settlements responsibly.
  • Ensure accurate recording of sales and adherence to cash-handling procedures.
