BARTENDER
Key Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
- Engage with customers, make recommendations, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Beverage Preparation & Service
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards and recipes.
- Ensure consistency in drink quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Verify guests' age and comply with all liquor licensing regulations.
- Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage trends.
Bar Operations
- Set up and prepare the bar before service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and storage areas.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Ensure all glassware, tools, and equipment are properly cleaned and maintained.
Cash Handling & POS Operations
- Process customer orders accurately through the POS system.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and bill settlements responsibly.
- Ensure accurate recording of sales and adherence to cash-handling procedures.
