Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver 12\-14 teaching hours weekly; oversee faculty workloads and professional development.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Design and update BBA curriculum emphasising practical skills, case studies, and emerging trends.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Manage department operations: Scheduling, budgeting, performance reviews, workshops/seminars.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build industry partnerships for internships, placements, live projects, and guest sessions.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Promote research, accreditation readiness, and student mentoring for holistic growth.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Handle administrative tasks including exams, events, and compliance reporting.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Qualifications
    <\/h2>
    • Essential:<\/b> <\/span>PhD in Management / Business Administration (or pursuing); First\-Class Master's degree (MBA / PGDM with minimum 55% marks from AICTE\-approved institution).
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Desirable:<\/b> <\/span>NET / SLET / SET qualification.
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      Experience
      <\/h2>
      • Minimum 10 years in teaching / research / industry (at least 5 years at Associate Professor level or equivalent).
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Proven leadership in academic administration or department management.
        <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

        Technical & Professional Skills
        <\/h2>
        • Expertise in MS Office, LMS platforms, ERP systems, business analytics tools (Excel, SPSS).
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Knowledge of digital marketing, sustainability, and Outcome\-Based Education (OBE).
          <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
